Competition Terms and Conditions

• Competition will be drawn June 2012 (unless extended due to other promotions).
• Competition only open to people getting married within the next 12 months and based in Queensland or Northern New South Wales.
• Prize intended to be taken as a honeymoon around the date of your wedding, however, not mandatory, as we understand that some people have already booked their honeymoon or the draw may occur after your wedding date. If you have a fair reason to book as a second holiday instead of a honeymoon, we will accept this, but the prize is not transferable to someone else. 
• The Winner will be drawn and notified by email  (or normal mail).
• The Winner must respond within 4 days of notification. Notification will be via phone (if details provided), otherwise via email (Winner will be re-drawn until a valid phone number or email address is found). If there is no contact within 4 days, we will re-draw for a new winner. 
• When a Winner has collected the prize in the timeframe allocated, the Winner allows us to announce them as a winner on our website.
• The winner agrees to send The Wedding Scene photographs (minimum 6, min 6"x4") of their wedding and/or honeymoon to display on our website.
• Prize must be taken by July 2013 and can not be taken during public and school holidays. 
• The Wedding Scene will only use your information to send to the Wedding Providers (as you have nominated during the entry process) and a quarterly specials newsletter (which you can turn off by following instructions in an email we will send you after you enter. 
• Not open to employees of The Wedding Scene or Wedding Providers listed on our website. 
• STRICTLY not to be used by any commercial operation for the sole purpose of receiving competitive information. We track details to allow us to identify businesses using the service for a commercial advantage. If you are in the wedding industry and getting married, please identify this in your comments section if requesting business in the same area (ie. We acknowledge that a hairdresser will require a hairdresser on the day of her wedding. However, it is also fair that the hairdresser is aware of this).
• The judge`s decision will be final.
• This competition is a game of luck and the winning entry will be selected at random by the editor of The Wedding Scene.
• These terms and conditions may change at any time without notice, so please check this page regularly.
• The Prize package includes only prizes which are listed. Airfares etc are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is valid only at the location of the competition and cannot be exchanged for cash.
