The alternative is to implement at budget web page, however, they tend to be poorly designed and result in poor search engine ranking - The anticipated web traffic never eventuates. 

Sometimes small businesses pay large amounts of money upfront only to find that they have been left with an inefficient web page and a "collect and forget" service, where the developer offers no further assistance. If the small business is lucky enough to have an effective web page, they still lack the reports that allow them to track marketing campaigns, so they will never be able to monitor which internet marketing campaigns really work for them. 

At The Wedding Scene, we guide you for all the input to build a web page from your keywords, then design a low cost, no up-front fee web page that should be indexed on major search engines with your keywords.

Already have a Web Page?

Not a problem, we should be able to transfer or convert your web page to our service without a charge (some functionality may be lost on complex websites but may be better for search engines anyway!). 

If the pages are poorly written for search engine indexing, we will correct this. How much do you pay now for web hosting? How much does it cost to update some simple text? The Web Page Package

No Locked-in contracts or up-front fees

Most hosting services want hundreds of dollars up front or make you sign a 12 or 24 month contract to lock you in!! Don't be tricked, even paying for 12 months in advance is an up front payment! We will provide you with a professional service with no up-front fees or lock-in contracts.  We believe that our quality of service will convince you to stay with us, not a locked in contract or a "collect and forget" service. 

No copyright, development costs, no registration costs, no hidden costs

With your input, we develop the web page for you free of change but better still, there is no copyright* so you may take the web-page to wherever you like - but why would you?  We are committed to providing you with an excellent ongoing service to keep you with us. * You need to of course own the text and photos, but with digital cameras these days, photos are not a problem and the text just needs to be your own. 

Single page with your product/services details and photos and contact information 

With your input, we provide a single web page with all your details this includes text and up to 10 images (6-7KB per image). This is the best approach for search engine positioning as search engines prefer informative pages - the more detail the better. However, you may add additional pages, refer optional additions below. The price also includes a contact form if you need one, like asking for wedding dates, product sizes etc. The contents of the form is then emailed to you. 

Web Page hosting

This is the hardware that is used 24x7 to display your page to the internet. We include this in our price, but some locations actually change $35 per month or more to do the same thing - Don't believe us? Click here for a typical example.

Domain Name Registration 

We will register a ".com" domain name of your choice included in the price or the price includes using your existing ".com.au". We recommend however, that you have a ".com.au" for the best search engine positioning.  Please refer to additional options for more details. We only suggest using the ".com" if you are promoting your web page on business cards, brochures or paid internet advertising rather than mainly on search engines. 

Web Page Administration and done quickly!

We will provide basic updates free of charge.  A basic update is defined as less than 50 words in a single change and a single change per month. For example updating your new phone number.  No need to wait weeks for updates, most updates can be done by the next day close of business. If you wish to add new text, images etc then this is charged at $55 (inc GST) per hour, minimum 2 hours. $110 should be budgeted to cover one major update per year if you have a collection of products etc that need to be updated annually. A static business would not require this service. 

Your own Domain Name email address

Your own email address at your domain name for example Your-Name@Your-Website.com. Usually included in more expensive hosting services! No more Yahoo or Bigpond email addresses. Have a professional looking email address alongside your professional looking web page. "Your-Name" must be a unique name on our server and can NOT be traditional names such as webmaster, info, admin, help, etc. Ideally, we suggest to use your name.  We will also provide instructions on how to setup Outlook Express so that you may send out emails as well. 

This service can only be used for normal email use - spamming prohibited including unsolicited emailing to one or more people and bulk emailing. If in doubt always check with us before sending the email. You agree that we can terminate your account immediately if your emails are deemed to be spam (we don't read your emails but we may get complaints.) We suggest you use your free email addresses such as yahoo for your marketing purposes. 

Anti-Spam email address on your website

We will make sure that your email address on your website is difficult (or almost impossible) to discover by spammers. We don't want your new email address inundated with spam mail.  Many websites blatantly place unprotected email addresses on their website - we do not at The Wedding Scene nor will we on your new website.   

Monthly statistics emailed to you

Monthly hits statistics sent to your email including referral statistics. This is an important part of internet marketing and usually included in more expensive hosting services! We will send you a report automatically every month telling you how many people accessed your website and who referred them (if applicable). This is useful for you to determine which marketing websites are working best and which search engines. A valuable marketing tool. 

Search Engine Indexing - Web traffic for free!

Many people put a lot of effort into creating web pages with fancy graphics and flash pages, but are then disheartened by the lack of interest on the search engines - don't be one of them!  We will construct your web page as simple as possible to best suit search engines. This should get you a prominent position on search engines, a lot of web traffic and hopefully a lot more business! We will also submit you manually to major search engines. Many other budget hosting services are not internet savvy enough to provide this level of service. 

All this for a flat fee of $115.00 (inc GST)
per six months !!
